Both :) All content is welcome so long as it is tagged. It's everyone's responsibility to mute CWs for things they do not want or should not see.
Who can participate?
If you're old enough to have a Twitter account, like Meian, and know how to mute tweets you don't like, you can participate!
Do I have to follow the prompts?
Not at all, they're just suggestions to get the creative juices flowing.
Can I repost old works?

Does Meian even speak in canon?
